One pair I purchased in-store and had prescription lenses supplied by Cubitts, the other two pairs I purchased frames with non-prescription lenses fitted and had some prescription lens fitted by a local optician.I did have a problem with one frame insofar that some additional nose pads (that were added for no additional cost) were not fitted correctly.
I had a bit of a mix up with an online order, as I ordered the wrong pair of sunglasses. Cubitts you are just so good! With the help of Neeti, from customer services, I was able to find exactly the right frames at an unbelievable price. Can’t recommend highly enough. My glasses came and I love them- the new colour is great and they fit perfect! Excellent service in helping me select the custom frames.

However, Cubitts were more than happy to honour their 30-day no-quibble returns policy and they supplied me with a brand new frame. Great service, great designs and value. I have just received my new spectacles and sunglasses clip from Cubitts and I am absolutely thrilled. I couldn't be happier and will for sure continue to increase my Cubitts collection.

All in all I am very happy with the level of customer service and after-sales service that I have received from Cubitts. My prescription had changed anyway, and I had started to feel like my current pair no longer suited me.
I found Cubitts by seeing a pair of their frames on a woman that while on y way to London. One of my glasses arms came loose and I was unable to tighten it myself, so I sent it back to Cubbits who kindly fixed it free of charge! They are both of the highest quality and I couldn't be more pleased.
